Food safety is very important for human consumption and is of crucial meaning for safety of products that we consumed. In general the implementation of food standards in small food production of the region it will be the best solution for safety of products for consuming. The participants (stakeholders) increase their awareness for food safety management in practice, understand and deepen their knowledge the quality assurance standard- GLK for small food producers. The effectiveness of the initiative in term of environmental impact  have significant role. The application of European standards and requirements  will
include measures for enhancement of environmental protection in the veterinary sector  and the food sector.

The major benefit for the agro industry can be recognized in different forms. Bringing on mind the fact that most of the farmers in the proposed region are poor, without significant or any income from other sources, the main outcome was economic development of the society. For that purpose the food safety  practice had to be transferred to the farmer groups, stakeholders, food producers, exploring it as a new technology towards increasing the value of their production and boost private sector. Therefore, this initiative assisted the farmers businesses in several fields such as: recommendations for better food production practices, improvement of food standards , and assistance in finding markets and expanding their businesses.
For scientific purposes, the transfer of this model is applicable to other regions of the country.
