 Es un modelo de Formación Humana para el combarte de la Malnutrición Infantil de comunidades con pobreza, marginación e inseguridad alimentaria ocasionada por inadecuados hábitos de consumo. La principal estrategia de sostenibilidad es la generación de educadores comunitarios que son los principales gestores dentro de su localidad. La práctica se desarrolla en 3 ámbitos: Familiar (empoderando a las madres de familia e  introduciendo a los niños al conocimiento y degustación de los diversos alimentos, propios de su región y cultura), Comunitario (fortaleciendo el tejido social involucrando a los actores sociales presentes en la comunidad como autoridades gubernamentales y religiosas, escuelas, comedores comunitarios, etc) y social (Tejiendo redes de cooperación gubernamental, empresarial y de sociedad civil organizada a nivel local e internacional). Se ha implementado en comunidades urbano-marginales y rurales indígenas de Oaxaca, México.

L’azienda collabora con CRECEMOS DIJO a Oaxaca da qualche anno, nella convinzione che è giusto contribuire a dare migliori opportunità alle persone in situazione svantaggiosa. Nello specifico, in Messico esiste in ampi strati della popolazione un forte problema di malnutrizione, che genera un forte squilibrio in termini di pari opportunità di sviluppo umano, sociale e professionale. Il progetto CRECEMOS DIJO è stato riscontrato come ottima proposta in questo senso.

The formation of community educators as a factor of sustainable development of communities with food insecurity in Oaxaca, Mexico. The practice began in the capital of the State of Oaxaca, Mexico, in the colonia Monte Alban and other fringe areas, then it was replicated in rural communities of the region the State's Mixteca, lacking food safety mainly caused by inadequate habits of consumption, associated with a low socio-economic level derived infant malnutrition. The proposal introduces families to knowledge, use and consumption of food nutritional, economic, typical of the region, through educational, pedagogical and didactic, involving also stakeholders incidents: authorities and schools. The main result is the generation of human capital capable of recognizing and meet their nutritional needs, this hits a visible improvement in the nourishing State of childhood.

Social: generate community educators who are people in the community who receive technical and methodological training to manage the shares.

Monte Albán: Arises when the indigenous families from communities in conflict come to invade the foot of the hill where is situated the archaeological zone of Monte Alban. 60% of the community has public services, while the remaining 40% lack of water, paving, lighting and drainage. Context Mixteca Region The Mixteca region ranks fourth statewide in basic indicators of social development. Has important social and infrastructure deficiencies related to land which has hilly areas, sparse population and lack of attention, especially in areas with high poverty. Only 22.4% of households in the region have solid floor and 44.6% do not have drainage.

In the urban colony Monte Alban has been promoted improvement in the nourishing of 1000 children State as well as in the improvement of food habits of families, specifically in 400 mothers. In the rural communities of the State of Oaxaca's Mixteca region, 800 children and 230 mothers have benefited by the practice. Children refuse to eat certain types of foods because they are not accustomed, mainly fruits and vegetables, "Little cooks" workshop was implemented in which children prepare dishes fun, playing with food is accomplished that they taste them and eventually accepted them in their daily lives. There are communities in the region in which the adults speak mainly Mixteca indigenous language, making it difficult communication workshops, adapted workshops to the language with the help of the community educator in the area who speaks very well its language, which facilitated communication and strengthened linkages with the families.

Practice is based on the principle of respect of the revaluation of culture and of the resources available so it is promoted the use and consumption of typical foods of the region. They are being implemented solidarity orchards in which parents collaborate in the elaboration of a garden at home for self-consumption of vegetables such as spinach, quelites, chepil, carrots, cilantro, celery, squash, chayotes, among others.
They have been in place mechanisms to prevent waste of water in the dining room, food scraps are used in compost for fertilizer.
Waste is separated, and the paper is recycled. 

compost To sensitize children on the importance of organic fertilizers has been promoted in practice making compost through the use of organic waste (fruit and vegetables).
