Meat consumption is mis-perceived as a desirable, as an improvement in the quality of diet, but this is a mistake, in terms of health, longevity and sustainability. The World Cancer Research Fund links the high meat consumption diets with some of the most common diseases in the western Countries. In this interview Elena Cadel tells about her current research about phycological drives to meat consumption, and suggests the use of serious games to correctly re-focus on the long-term effects of unbalanced diets.
